[R-390] Regional distribution of list members

Hi from Great Britain (well it was once!)

I am located North of Peterborough, England. I have two EAC 67
contract R390As and I am currently helping a friend rebuild a 61 EAC
R390A with quite an early serial number.

I also run a Racal RA1772. Its not as pleasing as a 390A but it tunes
lower in frequency.
