[R-390] Regional distribution of list members

John - As some of the members I have come to know, and a few that I 
*HIGHLY* suspect, a "burglar, crime planning session" would *REALLY* not 
be advisable!

Quite a few are *JUST* as heavily ARMED!

I can't speak for others, BUT Virginia is a Castle Law State.  That 
means that I do NOT have to try my best to leave!  Enter with a weapon 
and once inside you make for target practice!

[Last time at the range, I out shot every law enforcement officer on the 
range.  Their rules - draw, fire, # rds specified, & re-holster.]
