[R-390] Regional distribution of list members

Dang there went the balance again....

We might have actually been the cause of global warming....shifting the 
earths axis by moving this stuff around the planet in an uncoordinated 
fashion.

Well it's as good an explanation as the one were currently operating under 
wouldn't you say...:-)
