That is very interesting!
What it amounts to is giving the *best* rates to those that take the
*most* risk!
Interesting philosophy. Every single version of IE has been patched due
to security flaws.
I guess I could get "cheaper" insurance if I were to go on-line to do
so, but I prefer to have an office and a "live" person to deal with.
They used to call them agents.
