[R-390] security classification

Herb Gordon was W1IBY. He had a radio store on the property,
but most of the stuff was very high priced. When he went SK,
there was a big sale at the store and a lot of stuff went real
cheap. One goody I snagged was a PRO-310. Ugly sukka, but worth
it's weight in Gold today.
