[R-390] OT -- Mackay Receiver 3030 or 3020

I am looking for a schematic of the preselector
only for a Mackay Marine Model 3030 receiver. If 
that is not available, I'd like one of the Model 3020.

There is an on-line posting from W5EGO stating that he 
has posted a scan of the 3020 manual at mikea.ath.cx/3020/ 
but I am unable to get the kink to function.
