There's something to be said for pilots making errors also!

Any one whom has been PIC has to admit that THEY have made errors.

Reality?  We don't want to admit them.

They were expected PRIOR to being "blessed" and turned out upon the world.

Usually they are minor little things that the Right seat grumbles at you.

I also fly in Corridor 19.  It is the worst for traffic levels.  It is 
issue ridden for ATC and Pilots.
