According to the massive testing regarding EMP, the tube gear will 
survive.  The solid state will be toast.

However, it won't be much good without the power at the plug.  More and 
more of the electrical grid supply is based on solid state - computers 
and solid state relays for protection.

So you'd have to have your own generator!
