[R-390] off topic: Hallicrafters sx-28 rebuilder needed

 Hello, I am very sorry to be off topic here but I dont want to subscribe
the another list just to ask one question.  Especially with all of the
knowledgeable people here, I think someone will know.

 I need to have my SX-28 brought up to date. Does anybody know who to
recommend? Hopefully someone close to MD but I wont be that picky.
