[R-390] OT Apollo mission

I was at the Cape. My job was engineer on the lunar mission simulator. I
worked in the Astronaut training building. Knowing what to expect, Armstrong
scared the hell out of us when he stretched his fuel past the limits. He had
12 seconds of fuel left at touchdown.

I was 28, and had just gotten out of the FMF, and was raising a family on
the GI Bill.
