[R-390] OT- R388 filter upgrade

First of all, "Thank You!" to all for the previous help on the bristol set screw issue - I picked up some stainless from Andy here on the list. 
 
Currently gathering parts to add the upgrade mechanical filter unit to my R388 as a future winter project.  I have the 35A4-1 mechanical filter unit sans concentric control shafts.  If anyone has any leads on the concentric shafts, especially the outer shaft with the front panel switch lever, and couplers, please hit me off list.
 
Any ideas on fabbing up a shaft set would be appreciated, especially the lever ( I'm mulling around the idea of using a hand from a wall clock if I can find one that will press fit on the outer shaft).  If someone has a 51J-4 in their shack, an email with the inner shaft diameter and outer shaft inside and outside diameters would be very helpful.  
 
I found some flexible couplers that would work at McMaster Carr and two other sites, but finding original style couplers would be nice - if somebody has some, let me know.
 
I'd also like to find the 6khz filter (other than at big bucks Nebraska Surplus Sales). I have the 1.4khz and 3.1khz.
