Excellent post....went to buy a roll or two of solder at a Fest no so
long ago...vendor looked at me as though I was puzzled...he dutifully
started to explain what I was looking at and advised it was for making
repairs and 'soldering' ...
Yikes...!! After a bit of conversation...he told me 'many' who came by
his table didn't know what is was and didn't know how to
solder...unbelievable for those who of us who live by the
gun...soldering gun, that is...
So...point well taken...and ur info passed to our club new letter
editor...and some who have told me they'd like to learn to solder.
