Robert,

Nice tool.  The hole in the end of the Exacto handle with piece of  
safety pin (or drill) is a fine idea,  and the least expensive way to  
do this that I've seen yet.

Of course the Exacto handle can be returned to normal duty instantly.   
And: if anyone has any 78 phonograph needles, they work fine for the  
shaft.
