You betcha!

Two full time welders could start this and make it a retiremnt project!

Twin 8 cyl 645cu in per cylinder mage by GM, (Electro-Motive Division), 
LaGrange, Ill.  One for forward, one for the "other" direction.

They ought to gut it and make it a "reef" addition!
