[R-390] Kahn SSB Converter

Hi John K9WT, I must answer through the list because your mailbox refuse my mail.

I do not have idea on bandwidth of CV-1982 and I have not here the Tech.
Manual but it sounds like a 2 kHz bandwidth in R-390A/URR.
