[R-390] Kahn SSB Converter

You can look at the utility reports in either PopComm or Monitoring 
Times to see the specifics being reported and printed. A lot gets into 
print. The only log that I ever had edited was when I found a Speedbird 
reporting an engine shutdown over the Atlantic back to their base ops. 
Speedbird was the callsign for British Airways Concords. The column 
editor didn't want to offend BA since the log included some tense 
conversations.
