[R-390] Kahn SSB Converter

DA TM 11-5895-482-12 of 09-06-72 covers operation and organizational  
maintenance of AN/TSC-26; I have an original copy in my collection.   
Finding it is another matter because my collection is in horrible  
disarray right now.
