[R-390] NIB R-390

If it's the one pictured on the web site...I would consider it a boxed 
overhaul.  Not a bad thing but different from what I would call a NIB 
radio....which were crated and included a set of running spares.

Some of the overhauls done by members of this list are probably better than 
some that came out of the Mil shops.  I'm sure many of the ones we are 
replacing bad paper caps in have been through the military overhaul process 
and still contained the same paper caps.

Have seen a couple of for sure NIB SP-600's in recent years 
though...amazing!

Just an opinion thought.....you know what those are worth!
