Is this the system that uses (-ed) the "Elephant Cage" antenna system  
you are talking about (aka Wullenweber)?  FLR-9 and/or FLR-10.  If so,  
google that and see what it may lead to.

Also check the list archives.  I'm sure the topic has been covered in  
times past.
