[R-390] R-390A Restoration Progress (or lack of)

I checked the Electrlytics when I replaced the not so wet any more
Tantalum. They looked good on the ESR Meter. I tested all the tubes 
and they checked OK.

One thing someone mentioned I should look into. The Power Strip line
is "fused" by a GFI breaker. So are all the outlets in the garage.

I'll bypass the filter and see what happens.
