getting a receiver for Christmas.

Or Glenn WA4AOS may be a source.

You likely also received several off reflector offers.

There are lots of R390/A's around without going to E-bay.

If the receiver is all there you can get it up to specifications yourself.

Lots of known good, fully working, ready to run receivers available for
good value. These things are not cheep but still good value.
