[R-390] PTO Problems

Thanks Craig,
I still think its reliably repairable but with some work. The broken
roller shaft is the only real bugaboo. The other effort is getting
it cleaned well. There was a lot of corrosion and crystalline silica
gel all over inside. If I can get the roller repaired I should be
home free (famous last words).
