[R-390] re: Y2K manual redux

Well said, amen!

Bit of an update:  It looks like the new Y2K will run about 30 megs, and 
like the previous one will be made available as separate chapters as 
well as one big file -- when we get to that point.

Therefore, for that, and other reasons, it does make sense to keep the 
addendum as a separate document -- which will, most likely, also be pdf.
