[R-390] Y2K Reprinting

I will be glad to help cleaning text, pictures, etc.
As for the MS Word problem, RTF is a very old standard (read Electric
Pencil) developed by DEC for the U.S. Government for file transfer. PDF
has replaced it for the most part. Problem is that PDF is copyrighted,
so you have to pay to generate them. And that I do not really have.
Older versions can be converted if you are running Linux, though, since
PDF was originally defined from a text transfer standard in Unix.
One way I get around it is to use OpenOffice. This is an excellent word
processor package that is entirely free. It will work on multiple
platforms such as Windows and Linux. It will even convert the document
to a basic PDF file. And yes, it will also convert MS Word. Just a
suggestion. See attachment for example of PDF output from Open Office.
