Hey Bru,
    Yes, "sill"  - how's it spelled?  With a "D"?  Pickled herring.  Great 
stuff.  There's a specialty store/butcher here that has it, at least 
sometimes.  Need to pay them a visit.  Don't know how Grandma made it, she 
was pure Swedish, as was Grandpa.  Great smorgasboard (not proper spelling) 
every Christmas.  (smuuurgasbooord)  Dunno 'bout lutekfisk, don't think that 
was included.   And philbuunk (sp?)  ugggh  curdled milk somehow, had to 
have a "starter" like for sourdough bread.  The grandfolks liked it, don't 
think it passed the first generation gap.
    How ya doing these days, still have the catboat??
