[R-390] Voltage regulation and vintage equipment

Leave *MY* Kielbasa out of this!

Dog gone.  I *may* replace the ballast with Kielbasa - may even COOK 
Kielbasa with the ballast tube.

BUT Kielbasa NEVER contributes to "brownouts"!

(Yes, an actual industry "standard - thing" for heavy load times.)

I've NEVER understood the practice either!
