I bought my first R-390A that way, put in a bid of a little over a thousand 
never expecting it to go anywhere near that,..... well it did to the tune of 
987.00 or soemthing like that and it needed extensive work. Again I did that 
with a CY-979A case and it also went for about a thousand, I don't do that 
anymore.
There is also now a UG-970 with a BIN of 125.00
