John,

I brought my first R-390A home and it went on the nightstand on my side
of the bed that night. It stayed there a while until I found another
place in the bedroom to put it. My wife didn't mind too much. She never
said anything.

I later met a guy up the street who remoted the Ft. Rucker MARS out of
his bedroom. There were over 30 radios in there on long tables, 3
computer systems, and a lot of test gear. His wife didn't act like she
cared. I was sure to tell my wife about that!

They are more reasonable in price than the new super recs.......Sorry I have little left to trade, but will pay dearly for a good one from a friend, here...(I know they are on e bay, but I am scared of e bay...)
