Finding someone to produce LF xtals is a pain - no-one touches anything below 1mHz. I 
wanted tight tolerance, series resonance at 89.96 for a Racal discriminator...got a 
referral to an outfit in Shawnee KS who specialize in LF xtals.
Well, between us we stuffed up the frequency  - I sent the wrong one but very quickly sent 
a correction - so as delivered they came out at 98.96 kHz!
Not only did Universal admit an error, irrespective of my original one, but I'm ending up 
with a no hassle deal of replacement at NO CHARGE for several hundred dollars worth of 
product.
Not having to prove that the customer is right, such consideration - a fairly scarce 
commodity - deserves to be acknowledged.
What a great outfit!
