[R-390] R-390 "deadly components"

The R-390A parts list specifies C553 as part number 96P1030354, which
is the same expensive, hermetically-sealed "Vitamin Q" grade that
earns justifiable praise in the R-390.  Yet it's marked for
immediate termination in the 'A.  Rationality or religion?
