[R-390] R-390A Black Front Panel Receiver For Sale On E-Bay

I thought many of the answers to questions were evasive- that by itself would 
be enough to make me pass up an opportunity to bid, especially at that price. 
  And the description of the SSB add-on was defintely incorrect- there is no 
product detector in the unit that attaches to the audio outputs.
   
The only radio I saw in that price range that was tempting was one site that 
alleged to have one of the five Fowler R-390A radios- S/N 1 on all modules.   
But even at that I just couldn't spend that kind of money.
