[R-390] Re capping an IF Deck

Yep, you're right Joe.  Its an EAC deck from '67.  Funny how I never 
checked that detail before.

So, the AGC cap may be the only one I do (well, and C553).  Wonder if I 
can just float that AGC cap in there, with leads appropriately insulated 
of course......
