[R-390] HSN Status -- and a poll

There has been a lot of mention of back issues...

Since those are not in electronic format today are those really part of the 
project as proposed?  I think the hope is that if HSN is offered in a more 
convenient and accessible format that contributions of new material might be 
stimulated.  I think Barry was more looking forward than back.  I believe 
back issues have always been available to the extent that Barry has them to 
send...

Of course having the back issues scanned and available would be icing on the 
cake....can we make this viable for the future!
