Well, I could always put 12AU7 buffers in the input and
output, and for the *CLACK*, I could add a large relay
mounted in the middle of a piece of sheet metal (for max
noise) and wire it so it clacks when changing sidebands....
Maybe build some sort of version of the AFC system
used in the CV-157, complete with spinning disk.
