It's a Specific Products (Los Angeles California) Model WWVC, with
the following front-panel controls, display, and connectors:

X gain pot
X short pushbutton
X-input binding post (3-way: Hi/Lo-Z, ground)
Freq switch (2.5/5/10/15/20 MHz)
Power toggle
RF gain pot
Limiter On/Off toggle
Intensity pot
Vertical pot
Vertical input binding posts (2)
mode switch (ticks/440/600/voice/compare)
focus pot
horiz pot
horiz input binding posts(2)
BFO on/off toggle
BFO freq pot
Tick level pot
Spkr vol pot
output pot
output binding post (3-2ay: hi/lo-Z, gnd)

The 3" (guesstimated) CRT sits dead center, Freq switch on the left,
mode switch below the CRT, speaker symmetrically placed on the R to
balance the Freq switch, which has a big aluminum skirt with the data
silk-screened on.

I suppose I need to get an image on my website.

I think it's 4U high, rack-mount.
