[R-390] High-priced R-390As on eBay

Hi

We tend to really beat the heck out of the online auction system. I 
certainly agree with the observation that it can vastly overprice 
individual items. Of course I have to admit that by now a significant 
number of radios are going up for auction rather than into the local 
dump. Like it or not that's a good thing.
