[R-390] High-priced R-390As on eBay

To be fair to Martin, he says one of the radios was redone by Rick Mish, 
which indeed is about $1000 for a "remanufacture", so Martin has about $1500 
already invested in the radio.   The other one is not remanufactured, so I don't 
know what is driving the price.   It again points up the value of a good sales 
spiel.   I see so many eBay offerings which say "I don't know anything about 
this, buy it as is and good luck".   You never know if the item was untested or 
the seller doesn't want to admit it was tested and failed, so the item often 
goes unsold.   Overall though, I'm happy with the auction system-I've only had 
a couple of problems, and have gotten a refund on both.
