Hi

Well I suspect a lot depends on the survivors. I guess that 90% or the 
time it winds up in the dumpster. Certainly a significant part of 
what's left goes up for sale.

There are disposal regulations on the stuff but I doubt *anybody* cares 
as long as it's not exported. I'd say it's fair game.
