[R-390] Multiple Radios

Greetings,

Is there any additional value to a R-1274 over the R390A it was made from.
It is a single unit and none of the external high stability oscillators are
with it.  I want to be fair in my offer for the unit.  I am told that it is
functional using the internal hardware.
