[R-390] The politics of BPL & Manassas

I agree.  It isn't being offered in RURAL areas.  Manassas SURELY isn't 
rural.  We also have cable and DSL access options, so competition isn't 
doing anything.

I'm going to do more testing, record to computer via soundcard, and send 
all results to the FCC - Especially Riley

Thanks to those that responded with Riley's email addy!

 To those wanting the recipes, they are coming!  I just have to divide 
my time between job hunting and other pursuits.
