[R-390] Calibrator tone every 90 Khz

Harold,

The crystal can't be off enough to create this situation. The 1 mc crystal 
drives a 100 kc multivibrator oscillator to synchronize it to the crystal. 
The multivibrator circit is not being synchronized and needs to be 
adjusted, or have some components replaced.
