[R-390] Anti-Backlash Gear Tension?

Question for the experts...what is the rule of thumb for
tensioning the anti-backlash gear sets on the RF deck of the
R-390A, i.e., 1, 2, or 3 gear teeth after tensioning begins
on the springs.
