[R-390] Ovens and Synchronization

My 3 cents (inflation ya know)
 
I don't use the ovens period! I have seen many stick in the on position and  
ruin a good pto.
 
Wally Chambers K5OP suggested many years ago to clip the wires and tape  them 
to avoid the switch being "acidentally" turned on by a well intentioned
