[R-390] Re:2003 Payullap WA hamfest

Just got back from the annual Seattle area hanfest with 44,000 sq ft of
stuff. many folks despite the rain. Only one R-390A slightly battered,
with both meters and cover plates and the shipboard rear plate for $350
(passed on this one). Picked up a USM117 scope and a I-177 tube tester.
both with manuals which was nice. Saw a RACAL for $900, as well as a
SP-600 and a R-441. Good fellowship with old friends made the day worthwhile.
