Since someone asked about the subject, I can send to anyone who 
wants it, a pretty small (24 K) .bmp file of the connection I used to 
bring 125 VAC down to 100 VAC for a lab instrument at work. It 
uses an RS transformer.

I tried to send it through the system, but it was caught as spam.
