[R-390] limiter pot

OKAY, NOW WE'RE GETTING SOMEWHERE! LETS MAKE IS EASIER  by providing full
particulars such as Part Number, Manufacturer,
T.O./TM/NAVSHIP Manual Reference. Even a picture of the actual part has been
enough to steer me in the right direction.  I've got a lot of resources at
my fingertips, but can't begin to have time to do the full research from
scratch. Give me a PART NUMBER, or FEDERAL STOCK NUMBER and I'll gladly
assist. Plus you never know I  just may have one in stock.
