The 3TF7 is specified for 290-330mA over a range of 8.6 to 16.6v, the 3TF4
regulates at 280-320mA over a range of 4.3 to 8.3v. Outside voltage range
the current range is not specified. I'd say that your BallasTube is on its
way out, but if it isn't hurting the 6BA6's, what the hey.
