[R-390] Big Mistake Please Help

I am in the almost exact same position...I have my RF deck
out for cleaning and recapping and I'm sure the PTO isn't where I
left it. I've been looking at the manual anticipating doing just
what's been suggested...lining it up with a broadcast station or
using the freq counter. Unless you've cranked the PTO way too far
either way I'm sure you haven't ruined anything. I really don't know
how you could avoid re syncing the PTO after removing the RF deck.
