[R-390] Lubricant for R-390A/URR

It sounds to me like the dial lock plate is rubbing on
the lock mechanism.

I use Marvel Mystery Oil on my transmission gears,
seems to work well.  Sounds like you need to clean the
hardened white grease off the gears first though.
