[R-390] UPS Drop kicked my R-391 !

Radio's I have received from third party packing places have been terribly
packaged in light duty boxes in most cases.  They probably do a great job on
things that weigh less than 10lbs....but a 70+ lb radio has to be packed
using different methods.  Even some of the foam in place stuff is not
good...the foam is not structurally able to handle the weight of the item in
a lot of cases...compressing when stressed and leaving a void for the object
to clank around in the rest of the trip...usually resulting in damage!
